What formats can the final video be in?

Technology constantly changes. Sometimes our clients have a prefer a certain format and we are happy to accommodate the following final products: Blu-Ray, DVD, and Digital/Cloud Delivery.

How long does it take for the client to get the final video?

We work our hardest to provide you with your final product within three weeks of the conclusion of your event. Unfortunately, during our busiest seasons, in order to ensure our high standards of quality, this time frame may have to be extended from time to time. If you absolutely need the final product by a certain date we are happy to talk with you about this before your big day arrives.

ARE YOU ABLE TO FILM IN PHYSICAL AND DIGITAL?

Due to the volume of work we do, digital is the only type of recording we are able to do. Our team is trained in both physical and digital media techniques, but all of our final projects are produced through digital media editing software.

Do you require a minimum number of hours to book?

We believe your story deserves to be told regardless of how long it may last. Because of this, there is no minimum hours required to book Spark Cinema.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY photos?

You will receive your final cinema deliverables within 4-8 weeks of your event.  As the editing process is a multi layered process that involves many of our team members, this timeframe allows us to give your images the attention to detail it deserves.
