Pricing & Booking
We know you're excited to book your Spark Event services, and we're just as excited to work with you on your upcoming event, but do yourself a favor, and take a moment before booking to review a few of our major industry standard policies as they apply to some events we service. Reserving services with Spark is easy! We require a $200 retainer per service to hold the date. The retainer is non-refundable and the remaining balance can be paid up until 1 month (30 days) before your event. To ensure we have the proper equipment reserved and prepped for your event, you cannot change your package within 45 days before your event.
For the safety of our Event Staff, clients are required to provide a flat hotel room fee of $100/service if their event meets one of the following criteria:
- The event concludes after 10:00pm and is more than 150 miles (one way) from the Spark Office
- The event concludes after 11:00pm and is more than 75 miles (one way) from the Spark Office
- The event concludes after 12:00am and is more than 20 miles (one way) from the Spark Office
When you book with Spark, we want to make sure that you have the best experience possible, and we also understand that saving money is of the utmost importance. In order for us to provide you and your guests with the quality of experience you should expect from us, we require that any services booked with Spark be allowed time to set up before each event starts. This also means that our on-the-clock time must start at the time the event begins as to avoid idle time of our Spark Event Staff.
We charge the national travel rate of $0.54 cents per mile, per service, for total miles traveled if the event location is greater than 40 miles round trip (20 miles one way) from the Spark Office.
Due to the sheer volume of bookings we receive during our peak seasons we keep a running log of dates on which we are not able to accept any more service bookings. If you book an event through our online system for one of these dates, and any payment is processed, you will be refunded and notified. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
